As an Associate Manager, you will play a huge role in driving growth across all categories. Meesho team holds end-to-end responsibility to launch and scale-up categories, by ensuring the right selection, competitive pricing, and conversion. Each category team has Senior Business Managers/Business Managers and a group of Assistant Business Managers, Key Account Managers, and Business Development Executives. Within the business team, you'll closely work with the category marketing team and other category teams. Beyond this, you will also work closely with the Product, Supplier Growth, User Growth, and Fulfillment & Experience teams. Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA Graduate/ B.Tech Graduate from premier institutes.
  • Atleast 1-3 years of work experience having worked with fast-paced startups or consulting.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
  • Experience with startups is an added advantage
  • Strong bias for action and creating impact
  • Track record of delivering results across experiences
  • Demonstrated quick career progression either within the same company or across companies
  • Ability to develop first-principle thinking

Job Description:

As Associate Program Manger, you will be a part of the Business Strategy Pod and will work on key special central projects that aim to deliver high business impact. The role involves a mix of strategy, new opportunities identification, and program management. You will strategize and scale Meesho by developing collaborations between your team and product, tech, fulfillment, as well as other categories in business. You will also present findings and updates to the CEO and other senior leaders on a regular basis. Making impacts with data-backed innovative solutions is key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Business Strategy and program management:

  • Develop an understanding of key business problems and strategic priorities to provide insights on gaps and potential opportunities
  • Drive end-to-end problem identification and solutions/execution to deliver impact
  • Define goals against key metrics and track performance against them, manage end-to-end execution across functions
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to achieve targets

Problem Solving and analysis:

  • Work on special time-bound initiatives, requiring strong first principle thinking and domain/ functional understanding
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity, conduct root cause analyses for key business metrics
  • Conduct data analysis/impact of different initiatives on key business metrics (e.g. NMV, orders per DAU, etc.) and synthesize findings with implications that inform business decisions

Stakeholder management and communication:

  • Communicate and advocate insights to relevant stakeholders to drive outcomes
  • Frequent updates to leadership communicating business performance across different projects to facilitate discussions and track progress
  • Coordinate with the respective stakeholders/cross-functional teams – e.g. Product, category marketing, business finance, etc for monthly/weekly reviews
