  • Experience in the payment industry would be an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic.

Job Description:

As a Junior Associate - SME Partnership, you will be at the forefront of expanding our business through strategic outbound sales efforts. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for building relationships with partners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement:

  • Receive and connect with outbound leads provided by the marketing team.
  • Visit partners' offices and engage with them in person to discuss potential collaborations.
  • Source additional leads independently using tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Justdial.

Partnership Development:

  • Understand the services offered by potential partners.
  • Pitch relevant RazorpayX products to establish partnerships with Chartered Accountants.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process for RazorpayX products to the partners' clients.
  • Hand over newly onboarded partners to the farming team with clear documentation and descriptions.
