Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic relationships with GB and C and lead the day to day operations of assigned Account Pods.
- Build and maintain positive long-term relationships on behalf of GB and C in pursuit of integrated marketing and communications outcomes.
- Inspire oversee and coach or correct teams to simplify processes grow skills and mindsets and perform at ever-higher levels.
- Identify and relentlessly remove barriers to the seamless creation of valuable creative that achieves business goals and drives our marketing engine.
- Lead the day to day operation and alignment of all Pod members Project Managers Channel Strategists and Creative Directors.
- Assess the ongoing needs of Business Partners and recommend adjustments to GB and C in response to emerging changes team skill composition project type and method workflow alterations other proactive mitigations.
