Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its core services.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery and other essential GCP resources (e.g., Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub).
• Experience with data ingestion and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines for data ingestion from various sources.
• Implement data manipulations to ensure data is ready for downstream applications.
• Utilize GCP services, including BigQuery, to build scalable and efficient data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion and processing.
