Educational Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience with Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
• Expert coding and design skills (strong Computer Science background and experience in  in Java / Python)
• Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Quality methodologies.
• Good to have experience working with agile/scrum-based teams.
• Good to have experience testing large scale complex products with software and infrastructure components.
• You build tools for yourself and others to increase efficiency and to make hard or repetitive tasks easy and quick.
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledgeable about collecting metrics, measuring systems and interpreting data to make decisions.
• Organized, focused on building, improving, resolving and delivering. Good communicator in and across teams, taking the lead.

Responsibilities:

• Automate test plans for APIs, User Interface and other software components in Blackhawk’s technology stack
• Expertise in API testing and experience in working with API based applications
• Expertise and experience in designing Automation Frameworks from scratch
• Strong in Web Services Automation 
• Should be a good coach for the team and has excellent communication skills 
• Technical expertise in building effective testing frameworks, that are highly scalable and reusable.
• Proficient in front-end, backend, system testing.
• Proven experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Cucumber, Selenium, TestNG, Postman, RestAssured, Selenium and Jmeter 
• Experienced with object oriented programming languages such as Java and scripting using Python, Shell etc.,
• Experience with scalability and performance testing.
• Experience integrating the automation suite with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins.
