Salary: INR 2.75 - 3.5 Lacs P.A

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate with 0 – 4yrs of Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Patience and empathy for customers
• Proficiency in customer support software and tools
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide clear and informative solutions to customer problems.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and empathy.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
• Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and procedures.
• Meet performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution rates.
• Should be flexible for rotational night shifts
• 9 Hours rotational night shifts working including 1 hour break
• 5 days working and 2 days rotational week off
• Transport: Free Door step pick up and drop Cab facility is provided within 15km to 20km of boundary limit.
