Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate
  • 1-4 years of work experience in fraud/risk domain across ecommerce, payments or operations fields
  • Expertise working with rule-based fraud detection systems like Cyber source, ReD etc., would be an added advantage.
  • Process knowledge of Chargeback, AML/KYC is an added advantage
  • Experience of working in various Risk Management Tools
  • Experience of handling large datasets and variables.
  • Strong organizational communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate learning agility, make decisions quickly and with the highest level of integrity

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Analyse the suspicious transactions and help in identifying the pattern and trends.
  • Perform data to identify frauds and review transactions to make effective decisions.
  • Suggest changes in risk thresholds from time to time to optimize the risk engine.
  • Support operational processes to mitigate and prevent impact of identified fraud activities and transactions.
  • To perform portfolio risk trend analysis and highlight to the team lead.
  • Suggestions for new sources of data for fraud detection and mitigation
  • Collaborate with the chargeback team, customer support team and product team to analyse root cause and develop first cut root cause analysis.
  • Manage and continuously improve KPIs and measure success rate across key risk prevention processes
  • Maintain transparent and clear communication with the customers/merchants via CRM and calls as necessary.
