- Willing to work in US and UK time zones in rotational shifts

- Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus

Responsibilities
and Impact:
- Ensure the accuracy of customer data within Carfax’s systems
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer data discrepancies
- Research information that will improve the accuracy of customer data (e.g., name, address, phone number, zip code, website, etc.)
- Manually input data to augment records
- Articulate data quality problems to both technical and business staff
- Gain knowledge of the processes that change data, and develop rules that govern data
- Understand and contribute to the customer matching process
