Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer applications, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or any related field.

• Knowledge of QA standards, risk assessment, and compliance regulations.
• Other Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process Documentation: Document QA processes of various functions and identify areas of improvement.
• Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze QA processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or redundancies. Propose and implement process improvements to increase overall quality and efficiency.
• Quality Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process performance and quality outcomes.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern within the QA processes. Work with relevant teams to mitigate risks effectively.
• Training and Development: Assist in training team members on process updates and best practices. Develop process training materials and deliver workshops or refresher sessions as needed.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are understood and integrated into all areas.
• Audit Support: Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and policies.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma projects, to enhance process quality and effectiveness.
