Responsibilities:
- Process Documentation: Document QA processes of various functions and identify areas of improvement.
- Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze QA processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or redundancies. Propose and implement process improvements to increase overall quality and efficiency.
- Quality Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process performance and quality outcomes.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern within the QA processes. Work with relevant teams to mitigate risks effectively.
- Training and Development: Assist in training team members on process updates and best practices. Develop process training materials and deliver workshops or refresher sessions as needed.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are understood and integrated into all areas.
- Audit Support: Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and policies.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma projects, to enhance process quality and effectiveness.
