Job Description:
As
an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage the
day-to-day tasks of processing provider credentials, licenses and payor
enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to
guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position.
What you’ll
do:
- Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States
- Complete applications for provider credential, licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers
- Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing, licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy
- Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information may be required
- Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed
- Summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for Certify customers
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed
