Educational Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on Finance
  • Procure to Pay processes.
  • Develop and update training materials to ensure they reflect current practices and policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to enhance their understanding and performance.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify training needs and gaps.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during training sessions.
  • Utilize various training methods including classroom instruction e-learning and hands-on activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in BPO training and Finance
  • Procure to Pay processes.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for all trainees.
  • Assist in the development of career progression plans for employees within the BPO operations.
  • Coordinate with other trainers and departments to ensure consistency in training delivery.
  • Provide regular reports to management on training outcomes and areas for improvement.
