Salary: 3 to 3.5 lakhs per annum

Educational Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate
  • Exp - 0 to 3yrs (Any industry exp and freshers are welcome)
  • Good communications skills in English is required

Job Details:

  • Work mode - Work from Office
  • Shift: Night shifts only (No day shifts)
  • Work Week: 5 working days, 2 rotational days off (not on weekends).
  • Transport: Free pick-up and drop facility within a 25 km radius*.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Patience and empathy for customers
  • Previous experience in customer service is an added advantage
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide clear and informative solutions to customer problems.
  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and empathy.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and procedures.
  • Meet performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution rates.
