Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP systems (preferred).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support new product opportunities from evaluation to production launch.

• Prepare and submit production quotes, securing customer commitments.

• Cost Reduction: Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Cost Tracking: Monitor actual vs. budgeted costs, investigate discrepancies, and ensure financial alignment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in costing.
