Swiggy is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Associate to join their Co-Brand Credit Card Vertical, focused on driving acquisitions for the Swiggy HDFC Bank Credit Card. This entry-level role is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data, marketing, business strategy and program management, contributing directly to the growth of their credit card program.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field from a premium institute.
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
• Self-starter with a high level of ownership and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize tools like SQL to analyze customer behavior, transaction patterns, and engagement metrics to identify high-potential users for credit card acquisition.
• Conduct segmentation analysis to determine the most effective targeting strategies for various customer cohorts.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution:
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns aimed at optimizing credit card acquisitions while adhering to CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) benchmarks.
• Develop recommendations on channel mix, communication frequency, and promotional offers based on data-driven insights.
• CAC Monitoring & Optimization:
• Continuously track and analyze CAC metrics to ensure cost-efficiency in acquisition efforts.
• Suggest interventions and process improvements to optimize spend and maximize ROI.
• Performance Reporting:
• Prepare regular performance reports showcasing campaign results, acquisition trends, and actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic discussions on refining the co-brand credit card program
