Associate Cloud Support Engineer for Akatec ACSE at Akamai Technologies, you
will be responsible for leading the mission-critical, technical service and
support for the global online customers. You will be responsible for improving

Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Have 6 months - 2 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering or relevant fields
- Have experience providing technical solutions & support to B2B customers
- Be well versed in how the internet works, it's underlying protocols with understanding of DNS, HTTP/S, TCP.
- Have basic knowledge of Linux and/or Unix
- Be able to prioritize workload and communicate technical issues to stakeholders of varying technical ability
Responsibilities:
- Working as a trusted support partner to resolve customer questions and issues.
- Providing technical/team leadership and direction to AkaTec organization
- Owning the problem resolution and collaborating with internal teams
- Leading investigations across Akamai's Distributed Network for optimized performance and delivery for customers
- Analyzing existing technical issues across Akamai's Distributed Networks and proposing solutions to prevent issues recurring.
