As an Analyst, you will work with Technology and Business/Project stakeholders to analyse and synthesise information, understand the organisational context and complete analysis activities, and ultimately elicit, document and manage the requirements throughout the project or programme end to end.  This can also include other analysis activities such as support to testing, process design and process mapping and input to change management activities. Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate
• Demonstrated extensive experience in working on several types and sizes of projects, including agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group. Developers, architects testers, product owners, SME’s, senior stakeholders
• Solid understanding of different delivery lifecycles, disciplines, and procedures.
• Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with significant complexity and provide thought leadership to the project or programme.
• Process modelling and mapping experience – current and target state.
• Ensures timely completion of the agreed deliverables.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work.
• Ability to triage and diagnose defects/issues
• Understand customer needs to make sound judgements
• Pays attention to the detail and demonstrates problem solving capability to develop and deliver quality solutions

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and managing the business analysis approach and work estimates and provide input for the development of the project plan/schedule.
• Adopt and adapt Analyst methods and techniques, ensuring effective requirement elicitation is employed, documented and maintained.
• Develop requirements that are fit-for purpose and accurate.
• Produce application artefacts including current & target state and working with project stakeholders to define improvements in target state.
• Produce high quality artefacts which are clearly defined and accurately documented and meet customer needs and other project stakeholders and consumers of the requirements such as the Technology and business teams.
• Validate requirements with the business and project stakeholders and making recommendations as required to meet those requirements.
• Quality assure and peer review other team members analysis artefacts and deliverables.
• Provide advice and validate requirements with the business and project stakeholders and making recommendations as required to meet those requirements.
• Building collaborative relationships with colleagues and business partners to enable objectives to be achieved.
• Identify and raise risks and issues, adhere to change control processes and requirements traceability and management throughout the life of the project or programme.
• Actively manage the expectations of project stakeholders
• Display a positive and professional attitude with a collaborative approach and actively support the project team in the successful delivery of the project.
