Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Technical / Non technical).
• 1 - 4 years of experience preferred in Purchase data analysis

Responsibilities:

The following skills and experiences are recommended qualifications for this role:

• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel (Macros) Word, PowerPoint
• Plan, schedule and facilitate team meetings
• Plan and coordinate team activities and maintain versatility charts
• Daily follow-up for data analysis with buyer
• Collect all data’s and prepare Dashboards , Night letter
• Use data analytical tools (Alteryx etc.,) to improve and to automate processes
• Communication and Presentation skill
• Critical and conflict management skill
• Trouble shoot and decision maker
• Promote and ensure continuous improvement in the team (e.g., safety, quality, cost, productivity and efficiency)
• Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
• Ability to relate to employees at all levels of the business
• Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
• Manage positive relationship with all customers
• Good Team Player
• Abitilty to plan workload and mange time to respond to business needs
• Flexiblity to work in different shift timings per business needs
