As a Software Engineer, Associate, you will be a part of a dynamic team, working under the guidance of senior engineers to develop, test, and enhance our RPA product. Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of professional experience in software development, ideally in a technical support or engineering role.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
• Basic understanding of software development methodologies and version control (e.g., Git).
• Exposure to working with cloud platforms like AWS or RESTful APIs is a plus.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL queries is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment, with good interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical information clearly.
• Willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Any internship, academic project, or personal projects related to RPA or automation is a plus.
• Exposure to RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is beneficial but not required.
• Strong team-oriented attitude, a willingness to ask questions and seek guidance, and a drive to continuously improve.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of new features and functionality for the RPA product. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in line with team standards.
• Work on debugging and fixing software defects. Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior engineers, QA engineers, and BA’s, to help implement product features and address technical challenges.
• Participate in code reviews to learn best practices, improve coding skills, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Assist in writing and executing unit tests, integration tests, and regression tests to ensure code quality and product stability.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and user guides related to code changes and product features.
• Continuously learn new programming languages, technologies, and development practices. Seek opportunities to improve technical knowledge through training, self-study, and mentorship.
