As a Client Data Analyst within their Securities Services sector, you will play a crucial role in managing e-Banking access for their client-facing products. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including their clients and their Client Service/Solutions, Middle Office, and Help Desk teams. Your role will involve understanding complex client requirements, managing inquiries, and controlling access. They believe in delivering best-in-class solutions, and your clear understanding of their business will be key to this. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Preferably experienced with new-age tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timeliness and accuracy by completing client instructions and queries in strict adherence to SOPs and SLAs.
• Perform validations on client instructions and seamlessly administer client user access to electronic banking products on provisioning applications in a controlled and risk-free manner.
• Be aware of operational risk scenarios associated with the role and develop ideas to mitigate risk.
• Identify and resolve concerns by assisting Clients, Client Service, Middle Office, and Help Desk.
• Anticipate escalation-prone scenarios and manage them proactively.
• Own, promote, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
