They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join their team. This role will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, assisting in project documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, IT consulting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a proactive approach to problem[1]solving.

 Preferred Skills:

• Experience with business intelligence tools, SQL, or data analysis is a plus.
• Exposure to IT service management and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and developers, to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
• Support the preparation of business reports, presentations, and project updates.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating solutions against business needs.
• Research industry trends and best practices to improve business processes and efficiency.
• Provide support in project planning and tracking activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between business and technology.
