Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Junior Associate working in the Employee Engagement team at Ditto, here’s what your day might look like:

• Support the team in driving initiatives aimed at boosting engagement within various teams
• Ensure smooth functioning of events by assisting with scheduling, follow ups, attendance tracking and more
• Collaborate with internal teams for creatives, data, feedback etc.
• Handle all operational requirements and coordinate with vendors, venues, stakeholders to bring events to life
• Maintain up-to-date event calendars to ensure everything runs like clockwork
• Contribute to ideation and execution of fun, engaging events hosted weekly/monthly for remote teams

What They’re Looking For:

• Graduate
• Ability to clearly articulate thoughts, provide concise updates, and engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders; ensures smooth coordination, especially during contract negotiations and reviews
• Proven capability to manage multiple tasks or agreements simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Effectively prioritize responsibilities, manage deadlines, and deliver timely outcomes without compromising on quality or compliance.
• Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset; approaches challenges positively and proactively finds ways to move things forward.
• Takes full responsibility for assigned tasks, follows through consistently, and ensures end-to-end execution with accountability and minimal supervision.
