They are looking for an Customer Onboarding & Customer Success -  Trainee who will be responsible for smooth implementation & onboarding of SuperProcure software in new accounts. The person will also be responsible for existing customer retention and success by monitoring client health and extending support to drive adoption.

Θ Salary: INR 3 – 4 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

• New Customers : KPI win rate from pilot to confirmation.
• Handling user training and onboarding online over phone calls and emails.
• Existing Customers : KPI Logo and Revenue retention.
• Monitoring user adoption, make reports, identify actionable items for driving growth.
• All Customers : Working on user account configuration in the system as per requirement.
• All Customers : Calling users to drive adoption wherever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Engineer / Masters Degree in relevant fields.
• 0-1 years of experience in customer onboarding, support role or relevant fields.
• Must possess excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.(English + local language)
• Confident and crisp communication over calls presence.
• Should have basic knowledge of MS-Excel & PowerPoint.
• Experience in logistics solutions will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task without losing attention to detail.
• They look for people with Empathy, Passion, Persistence and Ability to learn new things.
