As part of their Software application development team, you will be involved in challenging and exciting projects, supporting the team in the creation of outstanding enterprise solutions used by major automotive and aerospace customers. As part of team, you will be responsible for the Dassault Systemes Cloud Support for world wide data centres 24*7. This team manages and maintains the WW Cloud environments and are also responsible for the success of their customers. Help L2/L3 teams through a series of actions, Issues Resolutions, Escalation via either phone/mobile, email or chat, until resolution. Open to work in 24*7 shift environment with rotational weekend work. This position is based in DS Solutions Lab Private Ltd, Pune.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor, support, and maintain complex cloud infrastructure and services.
• Resolving Cloud Issues with predefined operations.
• Assist L2/L3 teams in resolving issues via phone/mobile, email, or chat.
• Introduce continuous improvements to solutions and processes.
• Work with Cloud, LINUX, UNIX, and scripting technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Open to 24/7 shift work with rotational weekends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, MCA, BCS, MSc-CS degree.
• Primary Skills: Good knowledge in UNIX, LINUX, Preferred to have knowledge on Cloud Technology (AWS). Basics of Databases, networking and shell/python scripting
• Experience Level: 1 - 3 years
• Expected Start date: Immediate
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow.
• Experience with debugging, profiling.
