Roles and Responsibilities:

• System Monitoring & Performance Management:
• Proactively monitor system performance using Grafana and Application Insights to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve system issues, minimizing downtime and performance bottlenecks.
• Incident Response & Troubleshooting:
• Participate in incident response and resolution, including root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews.
• Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and implement best practices for Azure-based applications.
• Automation & Optimization:
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Implement monitoring and alerting enhancements to proactively detect potential issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure Cloud services, including networking, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Strong understanding of networking principles & Azure networking services.
• Experience with Azure database services (Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, KQL queries).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
