Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Should have sound FP&A knowledge
- Work Independently or take minimum support on reporting activities
- Experience in ERP is a requirement (Oracle desirable)
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Able to handle all FP&A quires with minimum support
- Perform variance analysis, write commentaries on actuals vs forecast / budgets to identify the key drivers and help the business to make decisions.
- Analyze and monitor company expenses, revenue, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop, manage, and update expense budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights, commentaries and recommendations
- Work closely with various departments to gather expense data, provide financial guidance, and support expense-related initiatives.
- Explaining the causes of different cost heads of the various functions and assisting in communicating these to the Onshore partners.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of expense management activities.

Skills & Qualifications:
- B. Com Graduate
- Excellent Financial Planning and Analysis & Reporting experience
Preferred
qualifications:
- Candidates with CA Inter degree & relevant experience in FP&A
- Excellent comm. skills – Verbal & Written
- MS Excel & Oracle knowledge is helpful
- IBM Cognos TM1 working experience
- Client handling experience
