Θ Positions: Associate Transfer Analyst

Θ Job Location: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Processing of Stock Transfers (Transfer In and Transfer Out) within IG systems
  • Following-up with client/broker on all transfer cases through emails and telephone
  • Emailing clients with an update on their transfer requests
  • Handling client queries and queries from Internal Teams
  • Performing Four Eye on the instructions entered in the IG systems
  • Managing escalations from clients and internal team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree-level education - 0-5 years of experience in Financial Services domain.
  • Excellent communication skills- Both verbal and written.
  • Excellent Microsoft excel knowledge.
  • Ability to work with a great deal of attention to detail
  • To be able to establish rapport with internal stakeholders, clients, brokers and custodian.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should be able to go beyond the roles and responsibilities and should be able to help during high volumes.
  • Very good organization and time management skills.
