Roles and Responsibilities:

• Dive into data to help identify and diagnose data quality issues, communicating findings and potential impacts clearly
• Assist in identifying areas for analytical improvement and contribute to the implementation of solutions
• Provide regular reports and insights that support operational planning and strategy execution
• Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to investigate product and backend data concerns and contribute to resolution efforts
• Support senior analysts and leadership by preparing data analyses that inform business growth initiatives
• Help create and maintain dashboards and scorecards, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery
• Communicate analytic results and business impacts to both technical and business audiences

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• BS in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Physics, or other behavioral and/or equivalent quantitative science
• 2+ years of experience analyzing granular data or working with analytics technology tools
• Familiarity with SQL and knowledge of one scripting language (Python or equivalent) is preferred
• Experience with building or maintaining internal dashboards and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team, deliver results autonomously, tackle complex problems with sound judgment, and lead or manage projects in a dynamic, fast-changing work environment
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable insights
• Effective communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Passion for data and curiosity in uncovering meaningful questions and opportunities through analysis
