Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all assigned transactions and tasks are completed accurately and on time. Follow up or escalate issues as needed.
• Effectively manage workload and prioritize tasks, raising concerns with senior team members when appropriate.
• Assist in resolving stock or cash mismatches; escalate unresolved issues based on criteria such as age, value, or client sensitivity.
• Take ownership of additional responsibilities and deliver assigned projects within agreed timeframes.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with clients and stakeholders, providing professional and timely responses.
• Adhere to internal policies and procedures, and report any risks or concerns transparently.
• Support and contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency, reduce risks, lower costs, or enhance service quality.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, portfolio managers, dealers, and external partners to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate
• Exp: 6 months to 2yrs
• Willingness to continuously learn and deepen knowledge of transaction services and operational processes.
• Ability to plan and manage your own workload, even when priorities change, under the guidance of a Team Leader or Senior Analyst.
• Confident in making routine decisions and proactive in seeking support when faced with complex or unfamiliar situations.
• Timely identification and clear reporting of issues—ideally on the same day of discovery.

The Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications You Need

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

The Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications That Will Help

• Exposure to derivatives and collateral management.
• Experience across asset classes including equities, fixed income (including ABS/MBS), FX, money markets, unit trusts, repos, and term deposits.
• Background in cash operations, particularly in processing payments.
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards.
• Understanding of corporate actions, including both mandatory and voluntary events, and income processing.
• Experience using the Aladdin platform.
• Awareness of operational risks throughout the transaction and asset servicing lifecycle.
