As a fresher, you will be responsible for monitoring network performance, managing alerts, and handling escalation processes to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor network performance and system health using industry-standard tools.
• Set up and manage alerts to promptly identify and respond to network issues.
• Follow established escalation procedures to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, coordinating with senior engineers when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and network configurations.
• Generate regular reports on network performance and incidents.
• Provide first-level support for network-related issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Collaborate with other teams and vendors to ensure seamless network operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of network protocols, monitoring tools, and IT infrastructure
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to create logic flow charts and process diagrams based on client needs.
