They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical methods, and visualization techniques. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making that drives business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Management:
• Gather, clean, and organize structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all processes.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Business Insights & Decision Support:
• Collaborate with business units to define KPIs and performance metrics.
• Provide recommendations to improve business processes, operations, and customer experience.
• Automation & Optimization:
• Develop scripts or workflows (using SQL, Python, or R) to automate repetitive data tasks.
• Continuously optimize data pipelines and reporting processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 1-4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and data modeling concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with ETL processes and cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with machine learning basics for predictive analytics.
