Roles and Responsibilities

• Define, monitor, and report key management metrics for operations programs.
• Manage reporting & dashboarding tasks using SQL, Python, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive data-driven decision-making for cost modeling, efficiency, and process improvement.
• Extract insights from financial and operational data.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and data teams to improve reporting systems.
• Support strategic data analytics initiatives with senior-level visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Data Visualization Tools(Qlik Sense / Tableau).
• Experience with Jira, MS Excel, and advanced analytics reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Redshift, Databricks).
