Job Description

As a Data Analytics & Insight Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that support Marsh McLennan’s global operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Using Power BI reporting, Power Query, Python, and SQL to manage, analyze, and visualize data.
• Understanding the business model to deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across different levels to align analyses with business goals.
• Assembling and processing large datasets while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Gathering and modeling data in Python to support strategic initiatives.
• Preparing reports for growth targets, revenue analysis, solution penetration, and go-to-market scorecards.
• Completing list selection activities accurately and on time to meet project deadlines.
• Documenting project information for backend research and further analysis.
• Assisting in standardizing reporting across regions and business units.
• Performing error-checking and validation to maintain data integrity.
• Supporting ad hoc queries and special projects to enable business activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Python, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
