Preferred Experience & Responsibilities:

As an L1 Cloud Engineer (AWS/Azure Jobs in India), your responsibilities will include:

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), networking, and storage principles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure services to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Handle support tickets during assigned shifts with timely resolution.
• Respond to alerts, incidents, and escalations effectively.
• Provide 24x7 cloud support for infrastructure services.
• Update and maintain Knowledge Base (KB) articles & SOPs.
• Communicate with clients to understand issues and provide first-level support.
• Escalate complex issues to L2 team and track resolution progress.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer service with strong written & verbal communication skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of operational experience in cloud support.
• 2+ years of AWS / Azure cloud experience (AWS Jobs / Azure Jobs India).
• Experience working in a 24x7 cloud support model.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, and monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certification.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field (BS/BA).
