Roles and Responsibilities

As part of RSM’s growing risk consulting and controls practice, you will:

• Support US engagement teams, internal audit functions, risk officers, and SOX compliance projects.
• Help clients identify, assess, and prioritize risks while implementing effective process controls.
• Contribute to audit engagements by creating process flowcharts, reviewing risks, and evaluating internal controls.
• Apply risk management and internal audit methodologies to advise clients on regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based supervisors and management to deliver high-quality risk advisory solutions.
• Foster innovation and inclusivity within the team by sharing insights and mentoring colleagues.
• Contributions to Firm Culture
• Embrace creativity, diversity, and professional integrity in all projects.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver trusted advisory services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0–1 year of experience in US-based internal audit or SOX compliance jobs in India.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, operational audits, and SOX 404 reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Visio with adaptability to new tools.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for collaboration with global clients.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel for client projects.
