Job Description – Data Analyst (FIG Bank Rates)

As a Data Analyst in the Bank Rates team, you will ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of data published on the Market Intelligence (MI) platform. This role requires strong communication, research, and data operations skills to collect and validate critical financial data. Note: This position involves a permanent night shift (6 P.M – 3 A.M / 7 P.M – 4 A.M IST) to align with US business hours.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new collection methods and enhance measures for capturing accurate data.
• Support additional tasks including fees-related and charter jobs as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (any discipline; Finance/Business preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with a confident telephonic manner for interacting with international clients.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong team collaboration skills.
• Prior calling or client engagement experience is a plus.
