As an Amazon Associate (ML Data Operations – GO-AI), the role involves reviewing videos of fulfillment center stowing activities and using judgment alongside internal tools to mark or verify product locations. Accuracy is key to ensure smooth operations at fulfillment centers.

This operational role requires high attention to detail and involves performing video and image audits with speed, consistency, and accuracy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Watch several hundred short videos during a shift and provide accurate responses.
• Maintain goals related to accuracy (quality) and speed (productivity).
• Follow company-defined schedules including breaks and daily time commitments (6.8 to 7 hrs).
• Maintain a dedicated work-from-home setup (desk, chair, lighting, and secure workspace).
• Audit image/video/text-based content and identify details, even from unclear visuals.
• Meet incremental productivity & quality targets consistently.
• Be flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
• Attend office for a few days if required by the team.
• Be willing to keep the laptop camera ON during virtual meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong ability to focus and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
