Roles and Responsibilities

• Work comfortably in the EMEA timezone.
• Take ownership of customer technical issues, from initial troubleshooting to resolution and communication.
• Collaborate with customers’ app development teams to resolve SDK integration and performance issues.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to identify and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Update and enhance the AppsFlyer Knowledge Base with relevant information.
• Contribute to internal support improvement processes across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Passion for delivering a superior client experience.
• Prior experience in technical customer support or handling complex client queries.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages with excellent data querying skills.
• Bonus experience with mobile development (iOS/Android) or QA testing.
• Logical thinking and action-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities.

Bonus Points

• Knowledge of digital marketing analytics or mobile/web marketing tools.
