Job Description

Avalara is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Analyst to join its Managed Implementation team in Pune. In this role, you will: Assist customers with onboarding and product implementation, Configure solutions according to client requirements & Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery. This opportunity provides hands-on experience with Avalara’s tax compliance solutions, making it ideal for candidates seeking tax compliance jobs for freshers or professionals aiming to build a career in ERP implementation analyst roles.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and support client implementations
• Configure product solutions based on customer needs
• Coordinate between Avalara teams and clients for seamless delivery
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary
• Provide customer training on Avalara products and integrations
• Support customers during onboarding
• Maintain project documentation and provide timely status updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BCA, B.Tech) or equivalent
• 0.6–2 years of experience in software implementation or support (ERP knowledge preferred)
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Willingness to work in night shifts (5:30 PM onwards)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
