Roles and
Responsibilities
- Work on Payroll Data Management and onboarding data changes in payroll dashboards.
- Update and maintain employee life cycle data accurately within the HR systems.
- Support MIS reporting, payroll reconciliations, and annual compensation review processes.
- Process new employee onboarding, separations, and internal transfers efficiently.
- Handle Full and Final Settlements of separated employees within strict deadlines.
- Coordinate with HR Operations, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure timely processing.
- Manage payroll inquiries and ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance standards.
- Identify and correct exceptions or inconsistencies in HR data submissions.
- Maintain strict compliance with PII and financial control guidelines.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce).
- 0–2 years of experience in payroll, HR, or accounting operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data management tools.
- Basic understanding of SAP HR systems and accounting software.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Typing speed of 45–50 wpm with data entry accuracy above 95%.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, compliance, and financial policies.
- Ability to perform in high-pressure, client-driven environments.
- Commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and data protection.
Preferred
Skills
- Experience in Payroll Analytics or HR Data Operations.
- Familiarity with SAP Payroll or Workday platforms.
- Prior exposure to global payroll processing preferred.
