Roles and Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain Service Level Benchmarks for productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT).
• Execute control testing activities based on company and client compliance frameworks.
• Ensure full adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams in the Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets sectors.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve process accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (any discipline).
• Experience: 1–6 years in BFSI operations (Banking, Mortgage, Credit, or Financial Services preferred).
• Completed at least one performance appraisal cycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
