Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, policy validation, and verification of financial records per business standards (HW/License/Cloud/Support Renewal/Edu).
- Identify and resolve non-compliant requests through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams like CDM, IB, Collection, and AR for issue resolution.
- Maintain compliance with internal audit standards, including SOX and external financial audits.
- Enhance process knowledge by participating in learning and leadership programs.
- Meet defined KPIs for input/output quality, turnaround time, and accuracy.
- Demonstrate strong customer-centric problem solving by ensuring quick, effective issue resolution.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
