About the Role – Associate (Procurement Services)

WNS is looking for a data-driven procurement associate who can convert raw P2P (Procure-to-Pay) data into actionable insights that optimize spending, improve supplier performance, and enhance cost efficiency. The selected candidate will work closely with client teams to support digital procurement implementations, ensuring the successful adoption of automation tools that enhance procurement and sourcing operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Spend & Savings Analytics: Develop recurring spend cubes; analyze price variances, compliance gaps, and contract leakages; and highlight cost-saving opportunities.
• Data Mapping & Normalization: Map supplier and category data across systems (UNSPSC/CPV), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Dashboards & Reporting: Create dynamic Power BI dashboards and Excel reports for category managers and executives.
• Stakeholder Enablement: Present insights through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations during business reviews.
• Digital Procurement Implementation: Support end-to-end deployment of procurement tools and ensure smooth adoption by global clients.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, technology, and procurement teams to deliver high-quality data-driven reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, or related fields.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers may apply).

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, etc.).
• Basic understanding of Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Exposure to spend analytics tools and supplier normalization techniques.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and stakeholder management.
• Preferred: Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
