Trade Compliance Operations Analyst role supports the operational execution of
routine global trade compliance processes and contributes to various compliance
improvement projects. Under close supervision, the role involves performing
essential global trade transactions, maintaining regulatory compliance, and
participating in continuous improvement efforts aligned with business goals and

Roles and
Responsibilities
- Operational Execution:
- Support routine global trade and compliance activities at the country/region level.
- Assist in executing global trade transactions based on business objectives.
- Validate import/export documentation and transactional data required for cross-border filings and clearances.
- Transaction Auditing:
- Contribute to regular audits and assessments of trade transactions.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade agreements, and relevant policies.
- Documentation Review:
- Review and analyze trade documents such as invoices, preferential certificates, shipping documents, export licenses, and related compliance paperwork.
- Maintain documentation and records according to company and legal guidelines.
- Relationship Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support cross-border trade solutions.

- Metrics Analysis:
