About the Role: Financial Analyst

As a Class Action Financial Analyst, you will handle various financial operations and analytical functions within Epiq’s Client Services team. Your responsibilities will include case billing setup, financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct timely and accurate review of customer invoices for Class Action projects.
• Coordinate initial case billing setup and ensure mapping of SAP roles and activities as per project requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor forecast changes and cost impact analysis.
• Partner with Operations and Finance teams to improve reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Develop reports, perform financial data analysis, and monitor project forecasts and trends.
• Work on SAP billing and time reporting to identify unbilled revenue opportunities.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Support company-wide Operating Revenue and EBITDA goals.
• Maintain standard operating procedures for all assigned financial activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles.
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, complex reports) and other Office tools.
• Hands-on experience with SAP accounting software and Power BI dashboards preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic business needs.
