Roles and
Responsibilities
As
a Fund Administration Processor, you will play a key role in supporting Fund
Services, Accounting & Valuation functions across Europe, MENA, and APAC
regions.
- Handle pre and post Net Asset Value (NAV) activities and prepare NAV packs.
- Perform financial checks and validations as part of the fund accounting process.
- Prepare financial statements and year-end tax working papers as required.
- Identify and escalate exceptions to appropriate teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with internal business partners.
- Ensure all service deliveries meet agreed timelines, standards, and performance levels.
This

Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or fund administration.
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets, Financial Instruments, and Accounting Principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fund reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar financial applications.
- Preferred Qualifications: CA / ICWA / CS / PGDBM / MBA (Finance) / CFA (Level I or II).
- Familiarity with fund reporting, tax documentation, and financial reconciliation.
- Awareness of risk management and compliance processes in financial operations.
