Roles and Responsibilities

As a Fund Administration Processor, you will play a key role in supporting Fund Services, Accounting & Valuation functions across Europe, MENA, and APAC regions.

• Handle pre and post Net Asset Value (NAV) activities and prepare NAV packs.
• Perform financial checks and validations as part of the fund accounting process.
• Prepare financial statements and year-end tax working papers as required.
• Identify and escalate exceptions to appropriate teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with internal business partners.
• Ensure all service deliveries meet agreed timelines, standards, and performance levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or fund administration.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets, Financial Instruments, and Accounting Principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fund reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar financial applications.
• Preferred Qualifications: CA / ICWA / CS / PGDBM / MBA (Finance) / CFA (Level I or II).
• Familiarity with fund reporting, tax documentation, and financial reconciliation.
• Awareness of risk management and compliance processes in financial operations.
