Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through Zendesk (email and in-app requests).
  • Manage user inquiries related to various mobile apps and websites.
  • Run MySQL queries to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Use API GET/POST requests to retrieve and verify user data.
  • Work with product and development teams to handle escalations.
  • Log and track bugs or suggestions using Jira.
