Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery excellence with no external errors (Productivity >95%, Quality >99% application wise, TAT as per CSLA).
- Maintain zero operational risk incidents by implementing strong Quality Controls aligned with enterprise risk management standards.
- Understand BIA, BCP & Risk parameters; actively participate in BCP testing/UAT as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement framework and help enhance the team’s maturity score.
- Display flexibility for skeletal staffing and provide advance notice to stakeholders regarding coverage and extended support during business needs.
- Remain adaptable to business requirements in terms of time-zone coverage.
- Follow SGGSC policies & procedures (including Flexibility, Mandatory Training & Service Culture Postures).
- Establish effective engagement with counterparts.
Core
Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise defined operational processes relating to GBIS reference data worldwide, with emphasis on GOP and Portfolio data management.
- Analyze, validate, and process business requests impacting GBIS analytical structures.
- Act as an expert on GOP & PTF-related issues involving data accuracy in investment operations.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of reference data as per SG Group’s policies.
- Contribute to maintaining and managing operating procedures and KPIs.
- Prepare knowledge-sharing sessions and huddles for process updates.
- Identify and implement process-improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clear log of all actions performed.
Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a go-getter attitude.
- Excellent understanding of the investment banking system, preferably in trade and brokerage settlements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve queries and support investment banking workflow optimization tasks.
