Θ Positions: Associate Technical Support Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via Live Calls, Email, and Chat to troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues as part of a customer support associate role
  • Diagnose and resolve customer questions or problems related to system configurations/setup, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements
  • Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues
  • Document problems and solutions to train lower-level support on how to properly address customer or product problems
  • Communicate with product management to improve current design or identify possible design issues
  • Stay updated on current technology, design changes, and new products offered
  • Provide day-to-day support via internal ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance and prioritization of tickets
  • Open to work in 24x7 rotational shifts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Required Experience: 1–3 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Troubleshooting experience relevant to technical support consultant positions
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Administration
  • Understanding of hosting environments
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player – collaborates well with others in multiple time zones; ability to share knowledge with team members
  • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize own work

Preference

  • Healthcare knowledge and experience
  • International Helpdesk or Call Center experience
