primary purpose of the IT Support Engineer role is to provide effective technical
support, resolve client issues within defined SLAs, and escalate unresolved
issues appropriately. The role involves close collaboration with multiple
internal teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level-1 enterprise technical support to clients
- Set up and manage multiple servers on Windows Operating Systems
- Configure and manage Active Directory (AD) environments
- Work with technologies such as RADIUS, IIS, ADFS (any two mandatory)
- Perform troubleshooting using tools like Wireshark
- Manage tickets end-to-end until resolution
- Gather data, analyze issues, and perform root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with multiple verticals within the organization
- Escalate unresolved issues to the GPS Team
- Maintain high standards of customer communication and service quality
Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in Enterprise Technical Support (Level 1)
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory setup and management
- Understanding of RADIUS / IIS / ADFS
- Basic knowledge of SQL and PowerPoint (PPT)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
