Roles and Responsibilities:

• Extraction of policy details by referring to policy documents, policy wordings, slips, and endorsements. Cross-check extracted information with the original document and ensure details are accurately updated in the DI tool while supporting Insurance Risk Analyst responsibilities.
• Process risks to ensure all operational procedures are followed and policy details are correctly updated in the DI tool.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the structure of London-Market policies relevant to the Risk Analyst role.
• Ensure policy information is captured in a precise and accurate manner, and highlight any missing or incorrect data within the specified timeline.
• Identify and understand core policy data and related policy coverages from different policy types, including Crime, Cyber, Workers Compensation, Property, Marine, and others.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products, with intermediate proficiency in Excel strongly preferred. Prior insurance knowledge involving different liability coverages will be an added advantage for an Operational Risk Analyst position.
• Data capture and reporting on a weekly or monthly basis with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
